Service Agreement

CFS Home Builder Pro Inc. provides professional construction services including Cold-Formed Steel (CFS) home construction, ADU development, architectural consultation, and project management services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Project Terms & Conditions

Construction Services

  • • All construction projects require signed contracts and approved permits
  • • Material specifications and costs are based on current market pricing
  • • Timeline estimates include manufacturing, permitting, and assembly phases
  • • Changes to project scope require written approval and may affect pricing

Payment Terms

  • • Deposits required to begin design and permitting processes
  • • Progress payments tied to project milestones and completion stages
  • • Final payment due upon project completion and inspection approval
  • • Late payments subject to fees as outlined in individual contracts

Warranty & Quality Assurance

Structural Warranty: Cold-Formed Steel frame systems carry manufacturer warranty up to 50 years for structural integrity.

Workmanship Guarantee: All construction work guaranteed for quality and compliance with building codes and specifications.

Material Quality: We use only certified materials meeting or exceeding industry standards for durability and safety.

Client Responsibilities

Property & Access

  • • Provide clear property access for construction crews
  • • Ensure property boundaries are clearly marked
  • • Obtain necessary HOA approvals if applicable
  • • Maintain insurance coverage during construction

Communication & Approvals

  • • Timely response to design and material selections
  • • Prompt approval of construction documents
  • • Clear communication of any site constraints
  • • Cooperation with inspection and approval processes

Limitation of Liability

CFS Home Builder Pro Inc. carries comprehensive liability insurance and bonding. Our liability is limited to the value of contracted services. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, permit processing, or unforeseen site conditions beyond our control.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our professional relationship will be resolved through:

  1. Direct communication and good faith negotiation
  2. Mediation through qualified construction industry mediators
  3. Binding arbitration if mediation is unsuccessful
  4. Legal proceedings in Missouri state courts as final resort
